Still spam that Monster Collector quest. The few quests you will actually WANT to do are; A Letter from Bran 1. Pick up the second part and keep it. Keep all other quests.


Level 79


Spam Slay the Fire Nixes, which tells you to kill 150 fire nix. Youre gonna want to do only one other quests if you can; The Soldier of Destroy 4. Pick up Part 5 and keep it. Keep all other quests.


Level 80


You now have Contacting Wing Wing, to kill 200 Core Guardians. You still have the Nix one, but compared to Cores, its too low exp. So spam out the Cores and save the last Nix. Save all quests.

The first of the daily quests is the “Netherwing Crystals” which has you collect 40 Netherwing Crystals each day for the reputation points. The second of the daily quests will depend on your gathering skill: “Nethermine Flayer Hide” if you are a skinner, “Nethercite Ore” if you are a miner, or “Netherdust Pollen” if you are an herbalist.

The next batch of daily quests comes from Yarzill the Merc. He has two quests that are daily quests, and one that isn't. The first quest he will give you is “A Slow Death”, which is one of the daily quests. During this quest, you'll have to go and gather Fel Glands that will be used with Yarzill's Mutton.

These glands drop off Felboars, Vilewing Chimaera, Felfire Diemetradon, and several other mobs in the area. Sometimes the peons you try to poison with the glands won't take it, so it's a good idea that you get more than the original 12 so you can do all of the poisoning at once.

Our weekly podcast is broadcasting a special midweek edition this evening -- tonight at 6pm Eastern (so you've got time to listen in before the big Lost finale), we'll be over on the Ustream page doing what we always do: talking about the most popular post of the week. Our good friends and colleagues Amanda Dean and Lesley Smith will be on the show, and Turpster will probably make an appearance as well (given that we can convince him to stay up late enough). We'll be chatting about the latest PTR patch notes, the big changes coming to Wintergrasp, and what Blizzard legal has been up to lately (with both iPhone apps and webcomics). Plus, we'll answer your emails.

The guild organizes events both in game and in real life -- they have a meeting in an ingame tavern (usually the Pig and Whistle) about three times a month, with various NPCs rolled up as lowbies. Their events run the gamut of things you can do ingame: "trials, weddings, pub crawls, boxing tournaments, RP-raids into Old Naxx, murder mysteries, fake deaths and some intra-guild conflict (all in good fun, and often with the Order of the Rose, another excellent Feathermoon RP guild)." Two of the guild's officers also organize a RL event called the West Coast Feathermeet, which for three years now has had the denizens of Feathermoon hanging out, eating BBQ and talking World of Warcraft. If your guild is looking to run a successful event, in or out of game, they recommend being organized: they usually have a script, and while they're ready to part from it if someone else presents a good idea, usually the more structured an event is, the better
